Our Story
Welcome to the Stag’s Head which is a traditional and family run Grade 2 Listed Public House, with a thatched roof in Swalcliffe. It enjoys a wonderful location in the beautiful Cotswolds. Daily we create flavoursome food using the very finest, fresh, seasonal ingredients. The bar offers a choice of top quality local cask conditioned ales, wines and spirits. In additional to the restaurant and bar The Stag’s Head also offers bed and breakfast accommodation. We are easy to find on the main B4035 road between Banbury and Shipston-on-Stour where a warm and friendly welcome awaits you.
